A German consortium is planning the equipment in terms of process engineering and machinery, including all radiological aspects. The services in the context of erecting the civil services are rendered by the Chinese side. The services comprise: planning the equipment in terms of process engineering and machinery as outline and implementation planning, supply of key components of the process, handling, and radiation protection equipment, technical support in the installation at the construction site, commissioning support, and training of the operating personnel.
