The one-year graduate and diploma engineers program consists of 26 weeks of classroom and practical training followed by 26 weeks of on-the-job training covering all aspects of operation and maintenance of thermal power plants.

So far, ten batches of graduate engineers with a total number of 235 engineers have received the induction program. One batch of 19 diploma holders have undergone the induction program. After successful completion of induction program, graduate and diploma engineers lead successful careers in the operation and maintenance of thermal power plants.
